Our client is a leader in Private Equity globally. Their current requirement is for an Associate with 3-5 years of experience in Private Equity who will be responsible for business development, due diligence and research of new investments across China. It will also include some strategy work. Candidates must be fluent in Mandarin.
You will have qualifications in Business Management, Finance or Accounting and ideally you would have completed the CFA program. You must have excellent communication and presentation skills as these positions will require a degree of interaction with investee companies, financial institutions and the board.
Appropriate six figure salary package will be negotiated for the right candidate and will be complemented by attractive performance based incentive arrangements.
