Private Equity – Beijing – Associate/Vice President/Senior Vice President recruitment
Associates:
• Perform industry/sector and company analysis, and company due diligence to support
potential investment opportunities
• Build financial models for valuations and financial return analysis
• Identify, evaluate and execute investment opportunities
• Prepare investment proposals for the different stages of a project for presentation to the Investment Committee for consideration
Assistant Vice President/ Vice President
• Perform both sourcing and execution for transactions in China
• Review financial models and analysis
• Supervise associate work
• Assist in negotiation and capital raising with counterparties
• Deal negotiation and closing
Senior Vice President:
- Play a leading role in originating, evaluating, negotiating, executing , closing and monitoring individual investments opportunities
• Conduct independent evaluation and views on investment proposals
• Manage and restructure input into Portfolio Investments
• Helping the team and seniors in conducting investment portfolios reviews
• Provide training and guidance to team members
