Private Equity Real Estate Services was launched in November of 2005 through the commercialization of the finance and technology team supporting J.P. Morgan's various private equity and real estate entities.
The line of business has over 200 dedicated finance and technology professionals with offices in New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Dallas, Sydney, London and Jersey (CI).
The team provides administration services to more than 100 clients with $200 BN exposure to alternative assets.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee all daily operations in to Private Equity Real Estate Services Core Operations. Core Operations include functions such as payment processing, static data input and maintenance, reconciliations, invoice and expense processing.
Ensure that efficient processes and strong controls are in place throughout the department to be consistent with a tightly managed, world-class operation.
Develop and implement strategic plans and tactical initiatives relating to Core Operations.
Develop and implement the annual budget and longer-term strategic plans in collaboration with executive management.
Ensures vision, objectives and priorities are clearly communicated to all operation managers and staff through frequent communications including regular meetings.

Effectively communicate to all division employees and company executives the strategic vision and mission to ensure alignment.

Develop and manage to key operational, financial and business metrics-oriented targets.

Develop, implement, and track key operational and financial metrics.
Implement, manage and further improve as necessary, Private Equity Real Estate Services Core Operation's processing protocols and procedures.

Ensure that all operational employees have clear understanding of responsibilities and individual growth plans.
Manage business User Acceptance Testing for back office systems.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have track record of successful delivering results.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; executive presentation skills
Ability multitask in a fast paced environment
Working knowledge of one or more WSS/TSS product, service or operations areas preferred
Relationship building skills - develop partnerships to drive results
Negotiation and influencing
Exceptional problem/issue resolution skills
Strong Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio a plus
