Private Equity – Investment Executive recruitment
The primary responsibilities of the team member will be:
- Helping to develop potential new themes and product ideas for launch on the UBS Global AM platform;
- Performing the market mapping, screening and origination of such fund opportunities;
- Performing the due diligence on such funds and participating in the ongoing monitoring of such investments;
- Meeting with select UHNW clients to assist in the marketing process for such fund opportunities.
Potential candidates will need to demonstrate:
- Proven Private Equity fund due diligence experience either as part of an institutional investor or a Fund of funds;
- Strong knowledge of a Private Equity market, either the US or Europe, or of a Private Equity sub-strategy;
- High impact, thoughtful and driven – you will be a credible representative of the UBS franchise within the Private Equity community;
- Desire to play an instrumental role within a team, with the freedom and ability to help design and shape new client offerings;
- Analytical thinker with strong numerate ability;
- Experience in analysing companies and/or funds – ideally within an investment background;
- Able to meet deadlines and work under time pressure in a very dynamic working environment.
