Private Equity Lawyer – Principal Investment Opportunity recruitment
As the sole counsel you will have responsibility for a wide range of commercial property transactions restructurings and lead negotiations with leading property rich corporates hotel groups etc. You will work closely with the Chief Investment Officer and be seen as a key member of the senior management team.
A strong academic background as well as training at a top City real estate practice is essential. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to provide commercial solutions to complex legal issues combined with negotiating prowess and a track record of completing a diverse range of transactions.. You are likely to have some in-house experience in a buy-side institution and have some fluency in two or more of the following French, German, Italian Spanish.
