Private Equity Manager | Banking recruitment
The Role
Responsibility to oversee the accounting, administration and reporting function for global private equity clients.
Key skills:
- Strong knowledge of commitment-based limited partnerships multi-vehicle structures
- Preparation of Financial Statements (US GAAP and IFRS essential)
- Preparation of Partner's Capital Statements
- Preparation and execution of complex performance fee models (fund and deal-by-deal)
- Knowledge experience of specific partner allocations
- Knowledge experience of fund documentation
The Person
She/he will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with at least 4 years private equity experience across a range of fund structures and jurisdictions. Previous experience of building a successful private equity administration team would be a great asset and advantage in this role.
