Private Equity – Project Analyst recruitment

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Support senior managers and associates on projects by providing analysis and research on business plans, financial projections, corporate backgrounds, and other due diligence materials.

2. Review and assist in the drafting of legal documentation before formal legal review. Deliver summary of legal documentation as needed.

3. Project management responsibilities (coordination with lawyers, consultants, and other internal parties).

4. Support deal sourcing process by helping to categorize and track new projects.

5. Support senior management team with necessary data entry and general administrative support including independent research, memo drafting.

Required Skills and Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economic or Accounting. MBA preferred. 1-2 years of real estate or transactional experience is a plus.

2. Bilingual in Chinese and English would be a plus but not necessarily

3. Motivated, self-starter with strong ethic.  

4. Strong analytical ability and be resourceful when necessary.

5. Excellent planning, prioritization, problem solving and organizational skills.

6. Willing to travel domestically and oversea.

7. Strong interpersonal skills and can maintain positive working relationships with internal and external parties.
