Mission:PERES On-Boarding is looking for a candidate that will take total ownership for ensuring all new clients are correctly setup on the JPM technology and accountancy platforms with the highest level of service. Candidate will analyze legal documents and fund structure, convert historical detailed data tying into financial statements and reporting, communicate and partner with key client contacts such as CFOs, accountants, legal counsel, and tax advisors.
OB VP's lead and execute the on-boarding process by forming strategic partnerships with internal business units that include the Sales, Product, Funds Management, Portfolio Administration, Tax, Treasury and Technology teams.

Objectives:
Oversee and execute from end to end the conversion of historical financial/non-financial data onto the JPM platforms, including mapping of chart of accounts, loading and
reconciling all historical reporting.
Understand fund structures, private equity fund agreements, historical accounting information and fund financial reporting requirements to make decisions regarding the proper set-up of client funds on PERES systems.

Plan and project lead demanding and complex engagements by taking ownership of all components of the on-boarding.
Enhance and maintain effective communication with key engagement players including client executives, client general counsel, client tax advisors, and JPMorgan internal personnel.
Responsible and accountable for the coordinated management of special projects, as needed, directed toward strategic business growth.

Qualifications
Experience Qualifications:
Private Equity accounting or finance experience
Bachelor's degree required, 7-8 years of related experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Client service experience is required
Strong ability to prioritize / multi-task and pay strong attention to details.
Proven ability to successfully plan, lead, and execute complex engagements while influencing many different groups and individuals to deliver high quality and timely deliverables.
Strong aptitude with systems.
A positive "can do" attitude and solutions oriented - vigilant in delivering results and breaking down barriers and obstacles.
