Private Equity Senior Associate – Shanghai recruitment
The Senior Associate will be responsible primarily for the execution work of transactions including running due diligence, financial modeling, and fundamental analysis. Outstanding technical ability along with superb communication skills are essential to be successful in this role.
The Successful Applicant
- Track record of success with a degree for top-tier local or international institutions in a relevant field of study is a must; MBA from a top 10 school preferred
- Candidates for this opportunity must have strong financial modeling with an investment bank, a financial advisory practice, or consulting firm.
- Private equity experience in China is a must for this role
- A minimum of 5 years relevant experience
- Solid communication skills with fluency in English and Mandarin
