Covering all aspects of the deal cycle, from strategic planning and due diligence to implementation and post transaction integration.
Candidates should have International Tax experience with a deep knowledge of tax treaty interpretation. Fund management knowledge is essential as is experience in advising funds, fund managers, investment advisors and taxation of carried interest. A working knowledge of Singapore and HK tax framework for funds management would be an advantage along with a broad understanding of UK tax pertaining to funds and international structuring
This position is open to both Tax Professionals in the big 4 accounting firms and also industry professionals. Candidates should have 5 years + tax experience focusing on P/E fund experience.
