Private Equity, Vice President, Shanghai
Long established Private Equity firm seeking a top tier Vice President candidate (6-8yrs experienced) for growth capital and late stage private equity investments.
-General Industries, Natural Resources, Financial and Business Services experience is a plus but open to other solid execution candidates.
-Seek candidate with top credentials working for top tier private equity firm, investment bank or management consulting firm.
-China experience a must. Native Mandarin a must.
-Solid knowledge in driving a deal, valuation, DD, investment committee process, portfolio work, exits. Private Equity deal experience a must (from PE, IB or MC perspective OK).
-Position based in Shanghai. Competitive package BUT no tax equalization.
