Description
The incumbent manages the day to day banking relationship for an assigned portfolio of banking clients. Many of the assigned clients are high profile investment clients as well. Responsibilities include handling client inquires/requests; handling client transactions; verifying client documentation; coordinating KYC/AML processes and procedures for client portfolio; managing client money transfers activities; coordinating communication with the client; executing and managing any projects relative to client portfolios. Coordinates banking services with investment service for shared clients. Substantial independence in day to day management of, and decision making on, client service issues and opportunities.
Qualifications
Three plus years of banking experience, including deposit and loan processing desired, with 3-5 years experience in Private Banking desired. Knowledge of bank lending and credit policies and procedures. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to handle difficult client situations and turn those situations into opportunities. Ability to handle multiple issues against short deadlines. Capable of managing assigned clients and tasks with minimal direction. Ability to make decisions and take actions independently within the policies and procedures of the corporation.
