As the private banking landscape continues to evolve with various banks leaving, selling up or merging their businesses the time could be right to explore a family office.
We are currently working with three family offices located in Singapore. The family offices have been set up to cater for UHNW and HNW clients and offer the flexibility that Private Banks can't alays offer. Imagine being able to offer your clients a range of products from a range of the best banks. The move from private Bank to family office has been worth while for many seasoned bankers, picking up new business from existing clients due to an increased range of sophisticated, market leading products. In return your take home income will be considerable. 40% is staple here. Given the non uniformity of roles and packages we are able to negotiate the remuneration with any prospective candidate based on current book and position. The family offices we represent are Swiss family driven vehicles. Highly capitalised and without the sales pressures, brokerage type approach that is becoming the norm within many private banks.
We will speak to any candidates who have a current book or a leader who has a team of private bankers who have current books. Candidates must have books made up from the following markets only: South East Asia, Middle East, NRI, North Asia and Europe. If you have no book and will not be able to transfer your book to a role that will be managed from Singapore then we will not be able to assist.
