As an Assistant Account Manager in our Private Wealth Management team, you??ll be responsible for helping to manage our clients?? day-to-day relationship needs. This is a highly visible role and a potential stepping stone to private banking, as you??ll be processing transactions, resolving account and payment issues, and providing administrative and operational support.
Interested in developing your career with us? From an Assistant Account Manager we would expect:
?¢ Working knowledge of the operating areas of a bank - Banking, Custody, Credit and Treasury departments
?¢ A solid understanding of core investment and fiduciary products and services, along with a firm grasp of sales processes
?¢ A degree or proven experience in a financial services role
?¢ Previous experience working with senior management and excellent communication skills
?¢ The ability to utilise a full range of computerised account and product information systems
