Worldwide, we look after the private wealth and investment solutions for over 90,000 high net worth individuals. Although it’s difficult to define exactly who qualifies for this designation, it’s usually assumed that it includes anyone with liquid assets in excess of $1 million.

Responsibilities
• Prepare Offer Letters in accordance with approved terms conditions as per Credit Report
• Review all signed returned credit documentation to check completion before activation of credit facilities
• Lodgement of credit documents and update database of credit documents
• Liaise with in-house legal counsel for drafting customised Offer Letters which deviate from the standard format
• Liaise with external solicitors (both local and overseas) for registration of charges for various jurisdictions, including Singapore, HK, Australia and the BVI
• Handle end-to-end processing of legal mortgage in Singapore. Discharge/redemption of mortgages
• Ensure fire insurance policies for mortgages properties are renewed on time
• Handle Audit Confirmation
• Handle general queries/clarification from Relationship Managers on credit documentation
• Prepare Document Deficiency Report for review by and ensure proper follow-up actions are taken up by the Relationship Managers
• Participation in projects

Experience Required
• At least 7 years work experience in a bank, preferably in similar role
• Familiar with legal mortgage process in Singapore
• Meticulous and has an eye for detail
• Diligent and a team player
• Pleasant disposition and possesses good interpersonal skills
• Able to provide ideas for improvements in work processes, systems
