Proactive Churn Manager

Our client based in Hampshire is currently looking to recruit a Proactive Churn Manager to work as part their customer churn project, for an initial 6 month contract, with the possibility of extension.  The main objective of this project is to work across potential movers and controllable churn areas. Through the development of future offer toolkits, supporting development of the scheme, plans for potential discount packages.  You will be motivated, organisation and flexible in your approach to changing work loads, to ensure the smooth delivery of the project. The successful candidate will manage the end to end process of test and learn activities taking these through to implementation when needed.  If you have proven experience as a manager, or team leader within a Utilities or Telecoms environment with a good understanding/ experience of a contact/ call centre environment, and are looking for a new opportunity to develop your existing skills - we want to hear from you.  This role will involve travel to other UK sites within the organisation.
