Based in the Northern suburbs, this established manufacturing organisation requires a talented Sales Manager to support and educate their network of Australian distributors. This newly created position will drive sales through this channel and give them the tools and knowledge to actively sell the product range.
You’ll be tasked with building effective relationships with 50 plus distributors, which will be done through face to face meetings. As such this role will involve regular interstate travel. Through providing quality advice, training and sales tools you will help achieve sales targets and market growth, for both parties. At times you may also be called on to assist with presenting to key end clients and driving marketing campaigns.
As an experienced business to business sales professional you will be able to demonstrate a proven history in developing relationships with clients over a substantial period of time. Your sales career to date should have developed through account management, or sales of a commercial product or service. Previous exposure to sales training and/or advising on business development strategies will allow you to quickly achieve results. For the right individual this position could also offer the first step into a management role.
