Problem Manager, ITIL Problem Manager, Problem Management. UK Leading Network Integrator and Managed Services Business require experienced Problem Manager to work on multi-million high end Network Infrastructure problems. Supporting the Service Management you will be the Problem Manager responsible for the delivery of ITIL aligned problem management and will be providing proactive identification and resolution to Problems and Known errors.
Ideally ITIL Problem Manager Practitioner you have a minimum of 2 - 4 YRS in a Problem Management role. Ideally you are familiar with Remedy or similar and have superb data analysis skills and able to spot problems, collaborate and drive problems through to resolution. You are experienced skilled in Trend Analysis, Root Cause Analysis and implementation of workarounds to permanent fix.
Ideally IT Services Management Practitioner in Problem Management, ITSM Expert IT Service Management Expert or close by experience.
