Process Access Excellence Consultant
As a Consultant with Ernst Young's Advisory Business Unit, your role will have a number of dimensions. You'll be responsible for leading and delivering client work whilst building the Ernst and Young brand as a world class professional services firm.
Your responsibilities as a Process Access Excellence Consultant will include:
*Operating Model design and implementation: detailed design to line up process, system and organisation to deliver value through a business' core processes
*Process Management: identifying and implementing approaches to help our clients operate their business processes more effectively, transforming their organisation to drive performance through new governance and process roles
*Process Improvement: using Lean and Six Sigma tools, as part of an EY toolkit, to drive behavioural change and deliver improvement throughout our clients' organisations
*Asset Management Optimisation Field Force Effectiveness, working with our clients within asset intensive industries (e.g. Oil Gas, Power Utilities, Transport/Infrastructure/Construction) to identify and implement improvements to maximise effective utilisation of the asset base.
Qualifications/skills you'll need as a Process Access Excellence Consultant:
*You should hold a primary Degree of 2.1 or above from a leading University
*Strong consulting experience
*A Lean qualification or Six Sigma belt would support your application
*Strong insight into one or more of the following sectors is beneficial: Power Utilities, Oil Gas, Technology and Communications Entertainment
*It is essential that the candidate has an in depth knowledge of Lean and/or Six Sigma tools and techniques and has the ability to build these skills in the internal team, to help expand Ernst and
Young's offerings.
