Process Advisor, CTM/Grievance

Manage the day-to-day subject matter expertise in supporting the unit from a process perspective. Provide leadership in process development, improvements, and business solutions. Analyze business processes and document through process mapping and creating standard operating procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements. Lead multiple projects, manage the results and present to senior leadership, internal departments, and clients. Act as a liaison between IT and the business in driving automated solutions to improve process efficiencies and quality. Provides expertise and support to improve and implement processes for Medicare Part D CTM/Grievance Management.
