Primary Duties:
Distinctive Client Value
- Maintaining client relations ensuring ‘best practices’ are maintained
- Providing assistance to account assistants and account managers as required.
Operational Excellence
- Responsible for the entering and issuing certificates of insurance.
- Maintains client relations ensuring best practices are followed.
- Works with Account teams to ensure information is complete and correct.
- Maintain electronic filing system.
- Email correspondence with Underwriters.
- Assists TSU with testig and implementation of new initiatives.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Qualification and Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year insurance related experience preferred.
- Basic understanding of insurance terminology and coverages.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- RIBO designation preferred.
- Strong attention to detail; ability to multi-task; good communication skills.
- A team player that is able to work effectively in a high volume environment.
