Process Analyst 12 month FTC
My client are a rapidly expanding Banking organisation based in Edinburgh. They are looking to recruit innovative and delivery focussed individuals to join their team as Process Analysts in Edinburgh.
Your main duties will include (but not be limited to):
Process Mapping
Improving processes within the organisation
Delivering key pieces of work to tight deadlines and within project guidelines.
Reviews and challenges completeness and accuracy of business processes ensuring alignment to the customer journey and brand ethos
Produces quality presentations (using a range of applications) to the required standard and against tight deadlines
Builds and maintains effective relationships with key stakeholders to maximise personal effectiveness
You will be an innovative thinker, with the ability to solve problems and devise solutions by yourself. It would be ideal if you have experience of Retail business change and have worked within a fast paced organisation, delivering key pieces of work.
This is 1 year fixed term contract with excellent potential to turn permanent, where you will have excellent exposure to exciting projects, with the ability to expand on your Financial Services skills. The client offers an excellent benefits package and is located in an area with excellent transport links.
