Duties Responsibilities
- Design and implement new processes
- Improve existing business processes
- Interact with a broad range of stakeholders
- Promote use of Lean/Six Sigma
- Manage training development when needed
Skills Experience
• Experience working as a Process Analyst
• Banking Financial Services background
• Practical use of Lean/Six Sigma
• Highly proficient with value stream mapping
• Excellent communications skills
• Passionate about process improvement
