Process Analyst
Onboarding and Client Management Services is to provide Global Banking and Markets with a single, global on-boarding and account maintenance service that uses service company operating principles and a consistent service proposition to deliver high-quality client service, robust client diligence, and process excellence and standardisation across each on-boarding function from one integrated global team - services include:
- Know-Your-Customer (KYC) client identification and due diligence
- Welcome pack communications
- Client document negotiation
- Credit analysis and application preparation
- Account opening and maintenance, including Standard Settlement Instructions (SSIs)
The role is to support the Global Remediation Strategy/TOM Manager in the set-up of Global Remediation projects through implementation and design of areas including, but not limited to, overall Global Remediation Strategy, process and Operating Model design. Support may also be required to assist in delivering individual large projects on the project portfolio. This role will involve coordination with Business, Compliance, Policy, IT, Change Management and other relevant stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development of the Global Remediation Operating model, and ensuring the implementation and design of Global Remediation projects are fully compliant.
- Development and maintenance of detailed process design for individual projects, including detailed process maps, and process descriptions, and communicating these procedures/processes to production teams.
- Liaise with production SME and LD team to develop DIM documents and guidance for production teams, as well as training materials to cover initial training when on-boarding to new projects, as well as ad-hoc training to cover current needs/changes to process/remediation requirements.
- General communication regarding production process – reminders, changes, new initiatives, as required to Service Center(s)/production teams.
- Supervise procedures execution by arranging/overseeing pilot exercises/dry run of processes and reviewing sample checks/findings and cooperating with OCMS/KYCS management in informing any amendments to existing/planned processes,
- Gathering business requirements related to the production process – structuring / shaping business requirements, through developing the engagement models with Business, Compliance, Policy and other external Stakeholders.
- Planning and involvement in the process amendments roll-outs – close cooperation with OCMS/KYCS management, IT development and LD Team,
- Shaping business requirements
- Liaise with IT development in scoping out technology/work-flow system requirements/amendments for individual projects.
Requirements:
- Experience in process modeling/ mapping
- Proven business and operational experience.
- Knowledge of LEAN/SIX Sigma would be an asset
- Understanding of KYC, financial regulatory environment and AML risk implications
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to handle crisis situations and take appropriate / timely decisions
- Ability to work independently and is self-driven
- Negotiating skills and experience managing a diverse set of resources in a dynamic environment.
