Process Analyst (IT Security)(Job Number: INF0003A4) JOIN US AS A PROCESS ANALYST About This Opportunity Responsible for all aspects of a process ownership including identifying process improvements, designing new processes, developing performance measures, executing existing processes, and identifying the transition plan for the new and existing process(es). Responsible for the creation and maintenance of key security domain maturity artifacts by defining and engaging a virtual team. Artifacts may include engagement models, service offerings, etc. Use your skills, experience and talents to be a part of groundbreaking thinking and visionary goals. As a Process Analyst, you'll take the lead as you- - Own and/or support and/or maintain new and existing Target Technology Services process(es) - Serve as functional process owner for several business process departments, resident expert of process(es) - Provide direction in the business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology or change management - Responsible for the continuous monitoring and stability of existing operational processes - Define the requirements, plans, defines and validates project scope for process change - Create and communicate with key stakeholders to assist in developing effective process vision, direction, scope, proposals, design, usability and controls - Translate costs and benefits of initiatives into an actionable roadmap - Influence others without direct authority. Leverage a team of resources to build and maintain many artifacts. - Work on Information Security initiatives Requirements - 5-7 years total work experience - BA/BS degree or equivalent experience - Strong knowledge of Data Management Techniques - Strong interpersonal, verbal, presentation and written communication skills - Demonstrates an informed knowledge of a process area to resolve problems on an ongoing business basis - Possesses knowledge and experience leveraging both IT solutions and business process improvements Benefits Eligible team members will receive one of the best earnings packages anywhere, including competitive pay, all-around insurance coverage, 401(k), flexible scheduling, training and development and many other perks and benefits.
