Position Description:
Job Responsibilities:
•Develop strategies to support and align Air Liquide businesses' staffing objectives with consultative support in the areas of staffing strategies and sourcing recommendations
•Partner with customers to understand needs and develop proactive and strategic approaches to solve talent issues
•Benchmark and leverage best practices in talent sourcing and selection
•Identify emerging trends.
•Develop approaches to proactively recruit and build a pipeline of qualified diverse talent for Air Liquide
•Identify new talent sources and evaluate current sources to assess effectiveness, with specific focus on sources that will help us achieve our diversity goals
•Leverage reporting and analytical capabilities to define process improvements and strategies that yield optimal recruiting results
•Develop diversity recruiting strategies to define and leverage diverse candidate pools
•Demonstrate monthly returns on investments through the use of survey tools, various feedback tools, and scorecards as a method for continuous improvement
•Develop project plans and acquire appropriate resources to deliver successful objectives/goals
•React to shifting needs and project priorities
•Collaborate with Air Liquide businesses to develop recruiting strategies, provide staffing expertise and drive to attain hiring and diversity objectives
•Consistently meet with HR Business Partners to ensure we are collectively driving initiatives to meet our business objectives
•Generates qualified candidates through cost-effective and strategic channels including direct recruiting, employee referrals, Internet and other media advertisements, Internet data mining, outside search firms and ATS databases
•Understands and uses sourcing to fill positions and create pipeline, leverages technology to find active and passive candidates, and has a comfort level with cold calling
•Meet established hiring goals and maintain compliance with reporting structure
•Help ensure compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO)/Diversity policies including applicant flow logs
•Maintain a recruiting database for sourcing and tracking candidates while achieving OFCCP compliance at all times
General Requirements:
•Bachelors Degree in Business or HR or related field is required
•5+ years of experienced recruiting experience required
•Must have the ability to balance strategic (big picture) thinking with tactical application (detail oriented and execution focused)
•Strong written and verbal communication skills including presentation delivery to large/small groups across all levels of management to influence, inform, and guide others
•Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to translate data to insight
•Ability to work effectively on multiple projects with competing priorities
•Proven business partnering skills across all levels of management to lead, influence, and drive behavior change without formal authority across a broad range of levels
•Proven ability to meet deadlines, manage projects within budget and fulfill customer requirements
•Demonstrated knowledge and experience in university recruitment processes and practice is desired
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Microsoft Outlook is required
•Have the ability to influence external and internal stakeholders
•Approximately 25% travel is required
•Ability to shift and adapt to ever-changing business environment
