Job Description
- Motivate people to generate new ideas for improvement across the business
- Use a structured and consistent approach to review existing processes to improve day to day running of the business
- Conduct in-depth process analysis to identify reasons and improvement opportunities in case of service variations.
- Maintain the overview of projects and changes across the business.
- Work cross functionally to deliver projects and process improvement initiatives on time and on budget.
- Demonstrate measurable business benefit delivered by the process improvement changes.
- Set up measurement tools for processes and services delivered by Operations and report on a regular basis.
- Manage the overall configuration of core systems used by Operations to achieve segregation of duty.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Business Administration or Economics preferred
- Auto financing company processes and systems
- Quality and process improvement methodologies
- Fluency in English
- Operational experience in AFC or banking sector
- Project management would be beneficial
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work on own initiative with a good attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize activities, work under pressure and multi-task
- Proactive in problem solving
