Position requires a BS Degree in Electrical Engineering A minimum of
five years experience as an electrical engineer in an industrial setting Selected 
candidate will possess knowledge of high voltage operations including 
electrical control stations, electrical bull pens and power stations. As the
 only Plant expert in this engineering area the individual needs knowledge and 
experience in the computer and instrumentation of Computer Operated Chemical 
processes Working knowledge of DCS hardware and components. DCS
 configuration experiences a plus. Actual hands on project management skills.Strong Verbal skills required plus the ability to facilitate meetings Strong Auto Cad
 skills require

Duties/Responsibilities:
This position will be a combination Power Distribution, Electrical and Instrument Engineer with project engineering responsibilities.  Provides
daily support to troubleshoot and maintain plant electrical and 
instrumentation systems as well as providing analysis and solutions to 
improve process reliability. Generates concepts to facilitate energy conservation Scope, plan and prepare appropriations requests for general engineering projects beyond what might be considered purely electrical or instrumentation projects. Generate impact savings and serve as  the
site electrical/instrumentation expert and primary daily resource for these
key operational components. Position requires thorough knowledge of instrumentation design and engineering techniques, as well as CAD and graphics skills.  Instrument drawings,data sheets, I/O wiring diagrams, PID’s, specifications, calculations, charts and graphs. Troubleshoot 
instrumentation and electrical problems, conduct root cause failure analysis,
and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs Lead
the troubleshooting, repair, calibration and refurbishment of plant
 instrumentation and electrical system  Designs 
instrumentation systems for plant expansions, including the development of
field and control room instrumentation specifications. Coordinates
the configuration of digital control systems (DCS) installations. Evaluates 
new instrumentation technologies to improve existing systems and resolve
 process and safety problems.
