Process Design and Re-Engineering Manager recruitment
A leading Singaporean retail bank is seeking a Process Design and Re-engineering Manager to join the business. Stepping into this role, you play an integral role in the implementation of new systems, migration and process improvement. You will be a core member working within the retail/consumer space, being in a highly visible position in reengineering existing processes. You will work with senior management, being in a high profile role. This position is a permanent role and is located at Raffles Place.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Prepare and execute processes, including documentation templates
- Identify existing and re-engineering the current paper based processes
- Implementing new, creative ideas to drive existing processes
- Facilitate the implementation of the process in providing relevant business requirements
- Provide quality of work, detailed process maps and descriptions
- Execute workflow systems during the course of the design
Essential Requirements:
- Excellent working experience in process management, six sigma and process re-engineering
- Team focused working closely with peers in being solution focussed
- 6-8 years experience in Retail Banking
- Experience in process improvement and project management
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in engaging with stakeholders
