Process Design Business Analyst recruitment
A leading retail bank in Singapore is seeking a Process Design Business Analyst to join the business.
This role primarily supports the Retail Operations centres by managing their operations enhancements and projects through process reviews and re-engineering. You will be a core member working within the process design team. Being in a highly visible position in re-engineering existing processes.
You will participate in discussions with Business and Supply Management to clarify business requirements and liaise with various business units within retail operations.
Your key responsibilities include:
Analyse, plan and drive initiatives involving change management
Identify existing and re-engineering the current processes
Implementing new, creative ideas to drive existing processes
Facilitate the implementation of the process in providing relevant business requirements
Provide quality of work, detailed process maps and descriptions
Engage with various stakeholders to achieve outcomes
Essential Requirements:
University degree with relevant experience in the banking industry
Excellent working experience in process management, six sigma and process re-engineering
Team focused working closely with peers in being solution focussed
4-6 years experience in retail banking/cards operations
Experience in process improvement and project management
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in engaging with stakeholders
