Job Description
As the process development manager, you will closely work with process and product managers, operational risk managers, legal compliance, and e2e operation on process discussion and design to achieve the balance among operation efficiency, risk control and compliance, and customer experience. You will connect all key stakeholders in process development.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in application, the candidate need to have at least 8 years of solid experience in banking industry especially in operations and service. Good communication skills in both English and Chinese, strong stakeholder management, time management and presentation skills.
