The Job:
Responsible for developing the process from pilot scale to factory implementation, to deliver consistently superior products at optimum quality cost.
1. Process development for new products and/or technologies at pilot plant scale
2. Scale-up and factory implementation of new products and/or technologies
3. Project management of small implementation projects or project milestones until Factory Handover
4. Supporting trouble-shooting problems which are beyond the resources/capabilities of the factory RD teams
5. Continuous improvement of pilot plant procedures and equipment

Your offer:
- Degree in Science, Engineering or equivalent,
- Fluent in English
- Extrusion experience is a benefit
- Ideally experience in a technical function, preferably with operational interaction
