Salary: £30,000 to £45,000 per annum

Our client an engineering and consultancy organisation has a vacancy for an experienced Process Engineer to be based at their offices in Angus.

This role involves the Process Engineering of bespoke design solutions for the oil and gas industry.

Your main duties will include:

• Preparing and checking red lined mark-up PID and PFD and project PIDs.
• Preparing and checking Equipment Datasheets and equipment design.
• Preparing Process Simulations such as blow down and Topside studies.
• Preparing Process Calculations and template verification.
• Writing Control, Start-up, Shut-down, Emergency and Isolation philosophy's
• Attending Hazop studies, bid clarification meetings and client KO meetings.

You should be educated to degree level in Chemical or Process Engineering and have some experience in upstream Oil Gas. You must also have experience design and specification of Process plant and equipment.

This position pays a salary ranging from £30,000 to £45,000 per annum depending upon experience.
