Process Engineer
Continuous Improvement / Mechanical
Our client is a multinational firm with four manufacturing facilities in PA.
Current expansion of their product lines has created a need for an experienced process engineer to oversee plant continuous improvement activities. This 24/7 operation follows GMP standards and utilizes a Continuous Improvement philosophy.
Qualified individuals will lead, motivate and develop a team of mechanics and electricians to increase equipment uptime and achieve plant objectives. You will function as a change agent and help lead new product introductions. In addition you will also implement process mapping activities on the production floor. Requirements:
· BS degree in engineering –Mechanical preferred
· Hands-on approach to process improvement
· Production or manufacturing equipment
