The Commercial Credit Card Process Engineer will work with the Sales, Product, Implementation, Operations and Client Service teams to organize, lead, and drive process improvement projects across multiple systems, functions and organizations. Candidates must have the ability to view processes and workflows from the customer/client vantage point, and demonstrate: outstanding knowledge of complex business process design; root cause analysis; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; ability to work independently; strong attention to detail; and strong presentation skills.
Responsibilities include:
· Analyze and design financial/operations processes, capacity planning and risk related controls across the organization
· Recommend and implement process improvement plans and projects to ensure best ROI, exceptional customer experiences, responsiveness and time-to-market results
· Lead and drive process improvement plans and projects impacting multiple functions, organizations and/or systems
· Work with all levels of management to present and communicate process opportunities and resolution
- · Bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines: Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, Process Management, Production Operations Management, Business Systems Analysis, Industrial Psychology, Business Management, Statistics, Economics, MIS, and typically 7 years experience with complex business process design and continuous improvement efforts or equivalent combination of training and experience.
· Experience with process analysis, design and management of products, services and activities.
· Experience and knowledge of process improvement concepts, tools and techniques including performance measurement.
· Experience leading large or complex process improvement and re-engineering projects.
· Demonstrate excellent analytical and logical thinking. Proven creative problem solver; ability to champion change and influence people to adopt new ways of performing work.
· Demonstrated effectiveness in interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills interfacing with management and with external suppliers.
· Ability to create and maintain financial analyses and business case models.
· Demonstrated ability to design complex processes that include vendors and other third parties.
· Demonstrated ability to integrate technology with process design.
· Ability to analyze strategic aspects of assigned areas of responsibility.
