We are looking for a Process Engineer Sr. Staff in our Fremont, California location.
Essential Functions and Duties:
Responsible for performing professional process engineering research, design, development, modification, and evaluation in support of the company's complex semiconductor capital equipment and systems. Determine process approaches and parameters. Propose, review and evaluate processes. Generate and/or direct process activities and verify accuracy of final documentation. Analyze and select components and equipment, as well as evaluate supplier capabilities. Design and conduct independent experiments or tests. Define problems and objectives, develop approach, analyze results and provide recommendations. Direct and manage design implementation of required changes and modifications. Plan, conduct and direct omplex projects or major phases of significant projects. Utilize the technical expertise you are recognized for industry wide on project issues across the company.
Qualifications:
Minimum Education: BS/MS in Chemistry, Physics or related field. Ph.D. desired. Minimum Experience: 10 + Years applicable experience required, as well as an advanced knowledge in a particular aspect of process development and strong project management, organizational and communication skills. Previous experience in semiconductor capital equipment required.
