Job Description:

Process/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineer
Direct Hire/Perm
Red Bay Alabama (Local area candidates preferred, will consider those out of the area).

We are currently seeking a Process Engineer/Industrial Engineer with a background implementing process improvements, cost/time/labor savings and who can help to integrate and spearhead lean initiatives throughout our manufacturing environment.

We are looking for a Degreed engineer ( Industrial, manufacturing, other Engineering Bachelors’ degree) with a manufacturing profile, but with a the mechanical ability to work with AutoCAD software and 3D Autodesk Inventor ( in an ideal situation).

We are also looking for those with experience implementing lean manufacturing principles, and those who have a background with motion analysis and line balancing to improve labor efficiency. A strong commitment and ability to provide solutions for cost and efficiency savings is what we are looking to see here.

We are also looking for strong communication and documentation skills, a strong team player, and those who can work effectively while juggling multiple tasks and priorities.

Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer.
