In this important position you will have overall responsibility for developing, implementing and reviewing the sustainability targets that are used to develop the company’s continually lean and effective production processes. To further sustain the group’s leading position and profitability you will coordinate all Kaizen activities and provide support to the internationally dispersed productions sites. The Process Excellence Manager will ensure that knowledge and best practice are exchanged among the manufacturing units. In this central position you will work closely with the production unit heads, group logistics and procurement as well as with Finance and RD. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations at Head Office, this is a high visibility role that will actively contribute to the successful global development of the entire group.
To meet the demands of this challenging position you will have a University degree in engineering with substantial international experience in managing manufacturing operations, preferably in the HVAC or automotive industry. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to operate effectively across organizational boundaries are a prerequisite as success will only be achieved by working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve organizational goals. Given that this is a true multinational role, advanced spoken and written English is expected together with an ability to communicate in German. French language skills would also be a definite advantage.
