Process Improvement Lead recruitment
The client is a leading European bank inSingaporeand is looking at hiring a Process Improvement Lead due to the increased demand in its business. You will be joining an initiative for the IT Operation Structured Finance department to rewrite tits existing Quality Management System.
The role:
- To managing workshops with panel staff, conduct training and coaching, pilot and deploy the processes artefacts.
- To strengthen and recertified the bank's current CMMI Maturity Level 2 practices.
- Take in charge the implementation of Agile practices.
- To supervise the Quality Assurance activities of the technology QA team.
- Identification Assessment of Risks, review of Historical Incident, verification of Control Plan, Procedure management, handle the Permanent Control Reporting.
- Provide proposal for improving existing documents, reports, systems usage, process, etc.
The candidate:
- Excellent knowledge of CMMi (up to level 3), good knowledge of Agile methodology.
- Minimum 10 years experience with at least 3 years in a similar role.
- Experience in implementation of Lean IT.
- Candidates with technical development or project background with process improvement experience will best fit this role.
- Excellent communication skills.
