Process Improvement Manager recruitment

Responsibilities:

• Act as the facilitator for process improvement projects across the different businesses in the Group using LEAN and Six-Sigma methodology

• Manage the end-to-to process of the process improvement projects

• Work with stakeholders and obtain their buy-in for the projects

Requirements:

• Certification in Six Sigma is compulsory, Black Belts will be preferred

• Prior experience in banking would be highly preferred

• Strong leadership and project management experience

• Strong presentation and people skills
