Job Description:
Major e-commerce focused company seeking a Process Improvement/Training Lead.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Identify and grow best practices for the delivery of online digital experiences
• Foster the internal communications between the various teams.
• Identify and leverage courses and resources to have teammates continue to grow..
• Select external training courses and develop internal educational materials in technical and creative areas
• Deploy training materials
• Share best practices and techniques throughout organization
• Organize and lead process improvement across technical, creative and product management teams
Ideal candidate has at least 7 years of software development experience. Must have demonstrated success working in Agile, Scrum, Lean and Kanban methodologies and driving changes within organizations using these tools. You must have developed training materials for multiple groups.
