This person will be required to align business processes and resources to maximize customer right party contact rates through analysis and the use of owned technologies such as the Auto-Dialer, Genesys Inbound Call routing, OBVRU, etc. This individual will be required to effectively develop test/control scenarios, as well as provide analysis and process improvement innovations against key performance measurements aligned to Operational and Credit loss initiatives. In an effort to maintain the highest standard for our customers, the Lead will be responsible for achieving relevant service levels and adhere to Bank and regulatory compliance requirements. This individual will lead a team of Analysts responsible for day to day network efficiencies. As such, the lead will be required to develop appropriate critical thinking, analytic, and technical proficiencies within the Unit. This person must be able to effectively articulate and influence Senior Business Leaders and partners through a variety of techniques in an effort to achieve business goals, key prioritized activities, shareholder value, vision and direction for the Department and Division.
