About the Job

Process Metrics Analyst (Adobe Systems Inc.; San Jose, CA) Conduct operations analysis and data modeling activities in support of IT/Global Applications (GA) annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasting cycles, and ad-hoc spent management reviews. Ensure GA financial and budgeting planning process and activities are in alignment with OCIO (Office of Chief Information Officer) process and timeline. Translate business operations information into meaningful KPIs for IT/GA quarterly business review. Develop and implement IT workforce planning model, run data modeling on various scenarios to assist with IT strategic planning exercise, and monitor ROI on selected ones. Create IT/GA workforce management related dashboard, metrics and reports (qualitative/quantitative) to assist with overall workforce management effectiveness (skills profiling, hiring, procurement, movement, attrition, global distribution, employee satisfaction, etc.). Collaborate with Finance, HR and Procurement functions to develop, monitor and analyze IT/GA unit metrics (trends, targets, opportunities/risks, etc.) and leverage data to recommend process improvement initiatives. Project manage and/or play SME roles on process improvement projects to streamline and simplify IT business processes and administrative activities for increased IT agility. Direct all process operations improvement related project in PARTS (resource and project tracking tool) for her organizational unit (aka IT Process Operations) and ensure implementation of IT wide standards of project management. Lead roll-out and execution of various IT/GA High Performing Organization related activities (ex. roll out of HR programs and periodic communication activities). 40 hrs/wk, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Requirements: Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management Science and Engineering, or related. Experience or course work must include: Proficiency in Excel and Access; Operation budgeting and project accounting; Workforce planning and forecasting in large corporate environment; Development of metrics based on data analysis; Communication/presentation skills; SAP ERP (BPS and BW); Process mapping with Microsoft Visio.
