Process Modeler R&D Engineer

Position Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will perform simulations for casting process, which include continuous casting, ingot casting, VIM, ESR and VAR.  Assignments will include modeling of heat transfer, flow and segregation in these processes using commercial codes and conducting designed experiments for model validation.  The candidate will interact with RD Engineers within the group to build up models, and also interact with process engineers to analyze processing data. 

Qualifications:

Applicants with knowledge and experience in the following areas are sought:
