JOB DESCRIPTION:
Overview:
The process operator I is responsible for assuring that pharmaceutical dosage forms are properly produced, filled labeled, and/or packed per batch record instructions.
Responsibilities:
- Operation of equipment including product filling, bottle washers, bottle unscramblers, labelers, vision equipment, cappers, cartoners following standard operating procedures and batch record instructions. Meet or exceed production schedule requirements.
- Proper completion of batch record documentation.
- Cleaning of equipment and facilities per approved procedures
- Fully trained in process of and proficient in all SOP's that applies to work assignments completion and updated working copy PSI.
- Other projects and duties as required/assigned
- Follows Teva Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures.
- Performing tasks consistent with document check lists and SOP training for tasks approved to perform.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Work keys assessment score levels must be the following; Math - 3, Reading - 4, Locating Information - 4. Individuals with equivalent combination of education, training and related experience will be considered.
- Some college or technical degree preferred but not required.
- Previous production experience in a regulated environment.
- Familiar with company products and culture.
