Process Re-engineering Lead
Our client is a major financial services company who are looking for a Lean Process Consultant for a major transformation programme.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Application of DMAIC approach to identify Lean opportunities, for delivery in 2014, for GBS OT across E2E Customer Journey for GPA, GCP BPF/SL
2. Document “as is” and “to be” process environment to Level 3/Use Case (as required) to inform bPaid Foundation workstream for GPA
3. Document “as is” and “to be” process environment to Level 3/Use Case (as required) to inform Digitization Transform workstream in 2015
4. Translate “to be” Customer Journey, as defined out of Digitisation and bPaid, to appropriate level so that:
a. 2014 Customer Experience improvement initiatives can be identified and started for delivery in 2014 (e.g. as Part of bPaid Process Transformation workstream).
b. OT can understand necessary capabilities required and associated “cost to serve”.
5. Manage portfolio of Lean (point 1) and Customer Experience improvements (point 4.a.) for delivery in 2014.
6. Input into and maintain Blueworks process Repository for GBS OT
7. Establishment of “Process Culture” in GBS via appointment of Process Champions, Process Owners etc..
8. Establishment of robust E2E Process Measurement framework covering all elements of a balanced scorecard
