Process Re-engineering Project Manager (VP) recruitment
The Bank is building upon its recent expansion with an impressive growth forecast for this year. The post holder will be based in Europe and will create and lead a portfolio of improvement projects.
The Vice President Process Engineer will analyse team functions and process in order to make recommendations for improvements in efficiency and controls. Working with internal and external stakeholders the Vice President will deliver projects across global locations and functions. They will work with management teams to carry out ongoing process reviews and entrench a culture of continuous improvement. They will ensure that the projects create measurable efficiencies and are implemented within agreed timeframes.
The ideal candidate will have a background of delivering business projects within investment banking, or alternatively business analysis and project management experience in operations or finance within investment, wholesale or retail banking. They will have Good knowledge of BPR, Lean and Six Sigma tools and techniques. Strong communication skills are a pre-requisite for this role. Prince 2 certification is preferred, but not required.
