Process Specialist Warehouse / Distribution (m/w) Job in Marburg, Hessen Germany

Job Purpose:
To provide GMP expertise for warehouse distribution activities at the Marburg site, working with other site functions, i.e. production and Global Supply Chain to deliver excellent customer service at competitive cost with the right quality.
Major Accountabilities:
* The role holder is responsible for full business analysis of warehouse issues and opportunities, reporting to Head of Warehouse.
* Support warehouse-related activities, including the planning and management of headcount and warehouse-budget activities
* Deviation management for local Supply Chain Team (warehouse / distribution).
* Manage Change Control for Warehouse / Distribution related activities
* Keep warehouse related SOP in compliance with cGMP rules, Novartis quality manual and customer quality agreements
* Support preparation and execution of internal as well as external regulatory audits
* Control and manage all warehouse activities in accordance with cGMP, housekeeping, Health and Safety requirements
* Operational Excellence Champion for Warehouse and Distribution, using IQP methods for problem solving.
* Evaluate best practice solutions for good warehouse practice
* The role is a key member of the Marburg site Supply Chain team. It is expected that the role holder will embrace a range of other accountabilities, including additional functional accountabilities as required by the Head of Warehouse.
* Work in close contact with internal and external customers
* BS engineering degree
* Minimum of 1-2 years related industry experience although 5+ years is preferred
* Experience in GMP warehousing, cold chain logistics strongly preferred
* Excellent German and English language skills
* Experience with SAP preferred
