Process Systems Sales Associate - Sales Rep, Customer Service, JD Edwards, ERP

If you are a Process Systems Sales Associate with Sales Rep and Customer Service experience, please read on! We offer a salary of $16-$18 per hour. We also offer benefits. Position supports PSG Account Managers and Technology Consultants through overall coordination and management of sales reports, databases, and promotional materials. The position assists in the scheduling and arranging of customer meetings, seminars, and shows.The position is responsible for developing and managing monthly sales reports in Pivot Tables, Excel, or other type of format for account managers and technology consultants. Responsible for working with account managers and technology consultants in maintaining Project Activity Tracking Tool (PATT) including developing initial shell and keeping status up-to-date. Coordinate Powerpoint database and presentations to ensure they are up-to-date. Position can be in either Irvine or Pleasanton CA.

What you need for this position:

-Strong Customer Service skills.
-Strong Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related product in particular Excel and Powerpoint.
-Type minimum 40 wpm.
-Accredited four year degree from University or College
-2 years’ experience working in a customer focused company with sales staff
-ERP business system experience and experience with JD Edwards a plus
-Order entry and quotation experience beneficial
