Process Technician
Fischer Mold Inc., an ISO 9001 certified plastic molding company is looking for Process and Mold Set-Up Technicians.
We are currently looking to fill the following positions:
Process Technician
§ Start up and shut down injection molding press per written procedure.
§ Responsible for running the molds at proper cycle and producing parts acceptable to the Q.C..
§ Making sure that the work environment is safe and the operators are properly trained to run the
machines.
§ Reports to the Plant Manager.
§ Set up the mold in injection-molding press per set-up procedure.
§ Remove molds at the completion of the order.
§ Prepare the molds for storage.
§ Clean the machine and surrounding area after the mold has been set-up.
§ Set-up the auxiliary equipment needed for running that mold.
§ Replace interchangeable inserts as required.
The successful candidates must have good communication and organizational skills, five years experience in plastic injection molding, and must be fluent in English.
